We are excited about the future of pharmaceuticals! The industry is changing and technology has helped us with our customer service and organizational structure within the company.

Here's a quick quote from my recent interview:

"I am excited about the new opportunities that pharmacists now have. They get to play a more consultative role with their patients and have a larger impact on their patient’s well-being than they have in the past."

Fat Burning Tips

We get asked a lot of questions about health, so I wanted to share some quick advice about how your body works during a workout. The first 15 minutes of your workout will burn sugars and carbs. After 30 minutes, your body begins burning fat. If you want to lose weight or lead a healthy lifestyle you should workout for at least 30 - 40 minutes a day. This will cut down your fat and promote healthy living. Check out this info graphic:

And, don't forget to hydrate. Water rehydrates the body as well as promotes a healthy digestive system. Your body will shed toxins if you remain hydrated throughout your day.

Feeling stressed? Time to Meditate.

Our lives are crazy busy. We have to pickup the kids, finish dinner and respond to those emails all before falling asleep and doing it over again the next day. It's easy to become overwhelmed with all the noise in the world. Meditating has been proven to help you combat the craziness. Take a look at this...

Meditation can help you reduce stress.

Who knew meditation could accomplish all this? Try it tonight. For 10 minutes try and relocate yourself to a quiet room and just meditate. You'll be happy that you did.
